The Business Process Analyst Principal (R19280) will work as a member of the Global Supply Chain Enabling Capabilities group with a primary focus on consolidating, analyzing, projecting, and reporting on inventory levels across the Genzyme-Sanofi product portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Build strong working relationships within the Sanofi-Genzyme Industrial Operations network including supply chain (global and site) and site manufacturing

Interface and build relationships with multiple BUs that are connected to Genzyme Industrial Affairs

Act as Supply Chain inventory management liaison to Manufacturing and Cash Flow Finance functions

Consolidate, analyze, and prepare the Biologics' monthly site inventory reporting package

Maintain and expand inventory projection models to include Immunology and Oncology products to prepare quarterly end-to-end SC inventory analyses

Analyze and comment on site & product inventory levels against SC and Financial targets; recommend where improvements can be made

Lead monthly inventory reviews with SC management

Manage the process of transitioning inventory models and scenario planning from excel models into Rapid Response

Work with Global Supply Chain product leads and planners to ensure consistency between supply plans and inventory estimates

Support the monthly S&OP process by coordinating with commercial and product planning groups to update and explain demand and released product volume figures

Consolidate and report monthly production, schedule adherence, quality release, and customer service (OTIF) KPIs

Leads LRP and forecast data consolidation processes for product planning (i.e.

, production plan targets, inventory levels, etc)

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or industry related field (Engineering, life sciences, etc.)

7-10 years of work experience. A minimum of 3-5+ years in a manufacturing environment with a concentration in supply chain, strongly preferred.

Experience with master data management and data modeling/reporting concepts, including inventory management across different manufacturing and/or warehousing sites

Fluent working experience with, and understanding, of MS Office and database management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Excel experience, especially with consolidating, synthesizing, and reporting out data extracted from different sources

Familiarity and working experience with SC systems tools such as SAP, Rapid Response, Manugistics, etc.or related MRP, ERP systems strongly preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities, effective Team Player, self-motivated, quick learner

Strong communication skills (both oral and written)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on a daily basis

Must be comfortable with making decisions, and working within a cross functional team

Proficient at thinking & acting strategically, and generating innovative solutions

Proficient with Business Analytics/Reporting
